    Marlins Blow Lead in Ninth

    The Philadelphia Phillies rallied to beat the Miami Marlins 4-3 on Friday night and match the franchise record with their 13th straight road victory.

    The Marlins took a 3-0 lead in the second inning on RBI singles by Jacob Stallings and rookie Dane Myers. Garrett Cooper gave the Marlins a 3-0 lead with a solo shot to right in the fourth.

    The Phillies got on the board in the fifth on a sacrifice fly by Jean Segura. They tied the game in the sixth on a two-run homer by JT Realmuto.

    The Phillies took the lead in the ninth on a two-run homer by pinch-hitter Cristian Pache.

    Seranthony Dominguez pitched a scoreless ninth inning for the save.

    Zach Wheeler started for the Phillies and allowed three runs on six hits in six innings.

    Sandy Alcantara started for the Marlins and allowed one run on four hits in six innings.

    The Phillies’ win extended their road winning streak to 13 games, which is the longest in franchise history. They are now 52-38 on the season.

    The Marlins’ loss snapped their four-game winning streak. They are now 51-38 on the season.
